He was found not guilty of three other charges. Bail was not extended and he will be back in court on Monday to receive his sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An appeals court ruled on Wednesday that <strong>\u201cThe Pitt\u201d<\/strong> is similar enough to <strong>\u201cER\u201d<\/strong> to allow Michael Crichton\u2019s widow to pursue a <strong>lawsuit<\/strong>. The late\u00a0<strong>Michael Crichton<\/strong> was the creator of ER and had a &#8220;frozen rights&#8221; provision in his\u00a0contract with Warner Bros. that blocked spin-offs or remakes. Warner Bros. Television is arguing that the two shows are unrelated.<br><br><strong>At the movies<\/strong>, the biopic &#8220;I Play Rocky&#8221; tells the story of a then-unknown actor and writer called Sylvester Stallone trying to make a movie called Rocky, which would go on to win three Oscars including Best Picture. Anthony Ippolito plays Stallone. Also in theaters: Wild Horse Nine, starring John Malkovich and Sam Rockwell&#8230; and Godzilla Minus Zero.
