McDonald’s  has announced a revamp for its classic burgers, the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder and cheeseburgers.

They say the changes will make the burgers “hotter, juicer and tastier.”

  • 100% Canadian beef patties now cooked in smaller batches for hotter and juicier beef than prior classic burgers
  • Storage changes for fresher and crisper produce
  • Onions added directly on the patties on the grill to intensify flavour
  • More Mac Sauce applied on Big Macs
  • New bun recipes for warmer buns

From August 13 to 19th, McDonald’s is offering $3 Big Macs at restaurants across Canada. The changes will roll out this month in the 1,400 McDonald’s locations across Canada.

Apple launched their new credit card yesterday.

The Apple Card has no annual fees, no cash advance fees and no international fees. It also offers fraud protection.

The application process is meant to be lightning-fast: Just type in your address, birthday, income, and the last four digits of your Social Security number, and Apple promises that you will approve or deny you within a minute.

The card rolled out to a randomly selected group of iPhone users (who had signed up to be notified when the card became available). By the end of the month, any US iPhone user will be able to access the app and apply for the card.
