Niagara Falls will soon be home to one of Canada’s tallest skyscrapers.

Niagara Falls city council has just approved a proposal for a 72-storey mixed-use residential and hotel building at 6608 Stanley Avenue, and new architectural renderings are out. It’ll be the tallest building in the Falls.

The condo will include 275 residential units atop 465 hotel suites, as well as impressive amenities on its upper floors, such as an outdoor infinity pool with views of the Falls, a sky lounge and garden, and an aerial bridge.

Start and completion dates have yet to be announced.


Nutella is opening a hotel in Napa Valley, California.

The Hotella Nutella will operate for only a single weekend in January, accommodations will be open only to three contest winners and one guest each.

Applicants will need to submit a one-minute video explaining why they should be chosen to win two nights at the Hotella Nutella, round-tip airfare, transportation from the airport to the hotel and a Nutella breakfast experience each morning of the stay.

Pabst Blue Ribbon just started selling new 99-packs of beer.

  They’re calling it the Family Pack.

The packs come in a long, narrow box, several feet long and you’ll need two people to carry it.

It costs $175, which works out to $1.76 per beer. You can buy 30-pack of PBR for $20, those cans are only 67 cents each.

The 99-packs are available in 15 states: Texas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Florida, New York, South Carolina, Montana, Vermont, California, Wisconsin, Iowa, Arkansas, and Colorado.
