A Yuletide Christmas goes down tomorrow at the Salvation Army Citadel at 2 and 7pm.

Bring the kids out on Saturday to Chatham Towing (1045 Richmond St.) to check out some first responder vehicles.

C-K EMS & Fire, C-K Police and Chatham OPP will have vehicles on site for kids to tour. There’s also a chance to ride in a heavy duty wrecker with drivers from on the latest season of Heavy Rescue 401.

Entry is with a non-perishable food item or monetary donation the the Chatham Goodfellows.


The 107th Grey Cup game is on Sunday from Calgary. It’s been called the Biggest One-Day Sporting Event in Canada.

The Hamilton TiCats and the Winnipeg BlueBombers will kickoff at 6:30.

Keith Urban will handle the halftime show.


The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is being scrapped; at least for this year.

The company says it plans to, “evolve” its marketing, whatever that means.

The show has come under fire for being sexist and anti-feminist in recent years, and last year’s show was the lowest-rated ever.


Netflix went down for thousands around the world on yesterday morning.

The video-streaming platform was “experiencing issues streaming on all devices.” A few hours after outages were first reported, Netflix said the issue had been fixed.
