YouTube star PewDiePie announced he was taking a break because he’s “tired” then he deleted his Twitter, too.
YouTube’s biggest star, Felix Kjellberg, announced over the weekend that he was “feeling very tired” and would take a break from YouTube. He has taken breaks to prevent burnout before.
He deleted all his tweets yesterday after the media critized his break. He kept his empty Twitter account live “just to prevent fake accounts,” according to his new bio.
As of April 2019, PewDiePie’s channel was ranked as the third-most subscribed and eleventh most viewed platform on YouTube. Forbes reports that he makes $15million per year.
Apple’s App Store and Google Play both launched in 2008, which means the 2010s are the first decade where we were downloading apps on our phones from start to finish. So what did we download?
The four most-downloaded apps worldwide this decade are all owned by Facebook. They are: Facebook, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
The rest of the top 10 are: Snapchat, Skype,TikTok, UC Browser (a very popular web browser in Asia) YouTube and Twitter.
The three apps that we spent the most money on are Netflix, Tinder and Pandora.
And the most-downloaded game of the decade is Clash of Clans.
A 391-mile traffic jam occurred yesterday on the outskirts of Paris because French public transportation workers are striking. It was the 13th day of traffic issues in France.
The majority of France’s trains and buses have no drivers. The strike is occurring because workers are upset with their lower pension changes and the governments plans to raise the retirement age.
