Last night, the House of Representatives voted to impeach President Trump on two articles, Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress.
In the 243-year history of the United States, Trump is only the third President to be impeached.
To be removed from office, the Republican-led Senate will have to vote to impeach, and that seems unlikely since the votes toed party lines.

Amazon has added an Alexa feature where it will help you change the subject if a family argument breaks out over the holidays. Just say, “Alexa, change the subject,” and it’ll throw out a new topic.
According to Amazon’s survey, money is the issue families are most likely to fall out over, ahead of what to watch on television, bad behaviour or someone being a sore loser after a Christmas game.
The research suggests arguments are most likely to break out between siblings or with mother.
Researchers at the University of Reading in England had people eat two large apples a day for two months.
And by the end, the average person had lowered their blood pressure, cut their heart attack risk and reduced their cholesterol by about 4%.
It worked for men and women. But for some reason, women saw an even bigger effect.
Juice doesn’t count though. Another group drank two glasses of apple juice a day and didn’t see the same effects. Probably because it doesn’t have as many nutrients or fiber. Two large apples have about 25% of the fiber you need in a day.
I guess an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but two might.
