Santa’s got anther busy weekend ahead, with parades scheduled in Blenheim, Bothwell and Walpole Island.

Blenheim and Bothwell are tonight and Walpole Island on Saturday.

Community Living Chatham-Kent is hosting a Festive Free Skate at Memorial Arena on Saturday from noon-1:30.

Come out for a skate, some hot chocolate and some special visitors!

Saturday is Community Day at Chatham Galaxy Cinemas.

Come out and catch a free movie! No tickets requrired, doors open at 9am. Savings at the snack bar too.

Pantone announced its Color of the Year for 2020, and it’s Classic Blue.

According to the official site, this variation of blue was chosen for the fact that it instills “calm, confidence, and connection” and that the blue hue “highlights our desire for a dependable and stable foundation on which to build as we cross the threshold into a new era.”

Pantone’s Color of the Year sets the tone of upcoming designs in the home goods, tech gadgets, makeup space and practically every other category of shopping in between. So be prepared to see Classic Blue a lot over the course of the next few months.

Last year, KFC introduced a fire log that smells like their fried chicken as it burns.

But the only way to get them was at KFC.com and they sold out in hours.

So we’ve got two pieces of good news. One, the logs are back this year. And two, they produced way more of them and you can get them at Walmart and on Walmart.com. A log will cost you $19.
