The NHL All Star Weekend is coming up January 24th in St. Louis.

There are rumours of a new event as part of the weekend; A 3-on-3 scrimmage between top American and Canadian women’s hockey players.

For the last two years, female hockey players have had some part in the All Star Weekend, it looks like their involvement will increase this year. Full details are to be released this week.


Ikea announced yesterday that it will be closing it’s pickup stores across Ontario, including locations in Windsor and London.

The stores opened in 2015 in what Ikea called a “global test” to learn more about how customers shop.

The pickup points will close January 29th, so the last day to order to pickup in these locations will be tomorrow.

In 2017 Ikea announced a full service store for London just off the 401 next to Costco, a purchase agreement is still in place, but no plans of moving forward at this time for the company.

The nearest Ikea to C-K is in Burlington. Parcel and home delivery options will still be available.


The makers of Cheetos posted an Instagram video where Chester Cheetah reveals the official name of that orange dust that gets all over your fingers when you eat them.

It’s called Cheetle.
