The heat wave continues today.
With the humidity it’ll feel like 38, but we do have a chance of some showers around the noon hour. The entire weekend is looking unsettled. 60% chance of rain on Saturday and Sunday.
Day two of the Drive Thru COVID Testing is today at the Tilbury Arena from 10-6.
Everyone is welcome to attend, must have a valid Ontario Health Card. Tests are done from your vehicle.
Next Thursday and Friday the Drive Thru Testing will be at the Blenheim Arena, Thamesville the week after.
In case you missed it, we’re in the middle of two weeks of license free fishing in Ontario.
Canadian residents of all ages will not have to purchase a licence or carry an Outdoors Card for the first two weeks of July, from July 4 to 19th.
While fishing will be free, the province says existing rules and regulations – including conservation catch and possession limits – must be followed.

The official Popeyes Twitter account posted a tweet that just said “pizza.” And people thought it meant they were adding it to their menu.
But it was just a marketing gimmick for a promo where you can get free delivery if you order a Popeyes Family Meal. They did a video where a Popeyes employee tails delivery drivers and tries to convince people to trade their pizza for Popeyes chicken.
