Chatham-Kent Public Health reported seven new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday and five recovered cases for a total of 85 active cases.
Thatโs two more active cases than on Tuesday. Four local people with the virus are in the hospital recovering. The death toll remains at two.
After Ontario reported just 33 cases on Tuesday, that number jumped to 95 yesterday.
The Chatham-Kent Fire Department is hosting another virtual fire hall tour.

Canadians missed sports.

The manager says they just wanted to do something fun for the community to thank them for keeping them in business. They turned part of the store into a ’90s living room with a NON-widescreen TV, VCR, bean bag chair and pull-out couch, plus candy and snacks.
They’ll also be disinfecting the whole store after each family checks out.
