Another day and another report of no new COVID19 cases from the Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit. The one active case was reported following the long weekend. No one is hospitalized.
The provincial numbers aren’t quite as impressive. Ontario reported 170 new cases yesterday.
The Wallaceburg Farmers’ Market is tomorrow from 8-12pm in downtown Wallaceburg.
Local veggies, honey, maple syrup, meats, chemical free garlic, breads & baked goods, flowers, and handmade soaps will all be available.
The Toronto Raptors will try to comeback and eliminate the Boston Celtics tonight in Game 7.
The Raps tied the series on Wednesday night in one of the franchises best games ever. The double-OT thriller reached 4.6 million Canadians, with an average audience of 1.6 million viewers. This was the most-watched Raptors post-season game in 2020 so far.

The London Air Show is taking place this weekend.
20-plus aircraft from more than 10 U.S. and Canadian military demonstration teams will put on a show.
They’re calling it SkyDrive and it’s sold out. Organizers sold tickets to accommodate more than 2,000 tickets for vehicles a day in safely distanced parking lots where people can watch from their vehicles or lawn chairs. Attendance should be between 15,000 and 25,000 people over Saturday and Sunday.
The air show runs 1-5pm Saturday and Sunday and there’s a good chance you may catch a jet or two buzzing over C-K this weekend.
The Toronto Mac and Cheese Festival is this weekend.
The festival will feature over 25 gooey variations to dig into. The outdoor event is happening on Saturday and Sunday at the Scarborough Town Centre. You can also grab a craft beer and/or cider from the massive 50,000 square foot area.
You can try things like Fried Butter Chicken Mac and Cheese, Lobster Mac and Cheese Waffle Cones, and Grilled Mac and Cheese Sandwiches.
Admission is free and visitors are encouraged to wear face masks.
