Major League Baseball has a major deadline coming soon if it wants to start the regular season on time.

The league has said that if a deal is not in place by Monday, February 28th, regular season games will be canceled.

“A deadline is a deadline,” the spokesperson said. Player pay would not be recouped, nor would those games be rescheduled, the spokesperson said.

The owners locked out the players out three months ago.

MLB is on the verge of missing regular season games for the first time since the strike that wiped out the end of the 1994 season and caused a late start and shortened schedule in 1995. The regular season was scheduled to begin March 31st.

The on-board features include the “tallest slide at sea,” as well as a 10-deck-high zip line and a huge poolside movie screen.
