The Chatham-Kent Vaccination clinic reopens at its new location today.
The clinic at 730 Richmond Street (Former YA Canada Building) will be open 9-4.
March vaccination clinics will be open every Wednesday and Saturday for walk-ins for all eligible residents who are looking to receive their first, second, or booster dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. The clinic hours will be Wednesday 1:30-7:30 and Saturday 9-4.

Nominations are now open for the 35th annual C-K Senior Achievement Awards.
The awards go to residents aged 60 and older that have achieved significant goals and made outstanding contributions as volunteers within Chatham-Kent.
Nomination forms will be available at all Chatham-Kent Municipal Centres, all Chatham-Kent public libraries, all 11 Seniors’ Centres within the municipality and online at both the Chatham-Kent Senior Awards and Age Friendly Chatham-Kent Facebook pages.
The deadline for receipt of nomination forms is Tuesday, April 5th.
After a jump in gas prices Wednesday, expect prices to rise again before the weekend.
Industry experts say prices could jump as much as 10 cents a litre. This would continue to establish new records for the price of gas across the province.
The Ontario average should be about 1.70 per litre. Some experts are predicting 1.76 per litre later this month.
Russia’s attack on Ukraine is playing a major part, with sanctions being placed on Russia causing prices to rise, as that country is the world’s third-largest oil producer.
Fitbit is recalling one million of their smartwatches because of burn hazards.
The recall involves the Fitbit Ionic fitness-oriented smartwatch.The watch’s lithium ion battery is overheating. 78 people have been burned Fitbit is issuing refunds.

The World Naked Bike Ride is returning to Toronto this Spring.
The bike ride is a global protest in cities all around the world where bikers gather and protest against the over usage of oil, urban pollution, cycle safety on roads, and encourage body freedom for everyone.
The ride will take place on June 11th starting at 1pm.
There is no registration required so ditch your clothes and grab your bike and helmet.
