The one-time exemption will only be given to fully vaccinated travellers who have not had a history of non-compliance at the border.
However, travellers granted the exemption are still required to provide proof of vaccination upon entry.

Oh Canada!🇨🇦
Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto appeared in his 1,989th major-league baseball game Sunday against the Chicago Cubs.
No Canadian has played in more Major League Baseball games than Votto. He broke the previous mark, which had been held by Larry Walker of Maple Ridge, B.C. Votto is the all-time leading Canadian in at bats, plate appearances, walks and all-star game selections (six).
Votto is in his 16th season in the majors, winning the league MVP trophy in 2010.

The highly anticipated series finale of Better Call Saul airs tonight at 9 on AMC.
Better Call Saul is a prequel to the AMC hit Breaking Bad, which ran for five seasons between 2008 and 2013. That show introduced Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, an attorney for Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston.
Odenkirk almost didn’t make it to the finale. He would have been “dead in a few minutes” if he had not received CPR after suffering a heart attack on set last year. In July 2021, Odenkirk collapsed on the Albuquerque, New Mexico, set while filming the final season of the show. He later confirmed that it had been due to a “small heart attack.”
This is the sixth season of Better Call Saul.
