It’s Movie Night at the Capitol Theatre.

There are two shows today; 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Stop by to see The Fall Guy.

Tonight is Trivia Night at Sons of Kent in support of Rise House International.

Cost is $20 per person at the door. Trivia begins at 7pm with some awesome prizes to be won.


Heads up, most months the Chatham-Kent Film Group screens independent films the first Monday of the month. That won’t be the case in September, since the first Monday falls on Labour Day.

The September movie will be Ezra at Chatham Galaxy Cinemas on Monday, September 16th.

Showings at 4 and 7pm. Admission is $10 and tickets can be purchased at the door.


Just two more Talbot Trail Place Summer Concert Series of the season.

Come out to Blenheim tonight for live entertainment between 7-8:30 p.m. The Rotary Club of Blenheim will be on hand serving up hot dogs, pop, water and ice cream treats.

Come by tonight to see The Groove.


Today is International Overdose Awareness Day, an annual campaign created to end overdoses, remember those who have died from an overdose, and acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind.

Together We Can is this years theme. Today in Ontario 8 people will die due to toxic drug poisoning. These deaths are preventable.
