Today is the final day of the National Theatre School (NTS) Drama Festival at the Chatham Capitol Theatre.

Ridgetown District High School, Chatham-Kent Secondary School, and Ursuline College Chatham will present tonight beginning at 6 p.m.

Awards will be presented after the shows and the schools selected to move on will be announced. Tickets can be purchased at the box office, or online at CKTickets.com.

The Chatham-Kent Public Library hosts Movies @ Your Library every Tuesday at the Chatham branch.

The Chatham Maroons were unable to eliminate the Elmira Sugar Kings on the road last night, falling 5-4 in OT.

The Sugar Kings scored just 1:02 into the overtime period to get their first win of the GOJHL playoffs. The Maroons lead the best of 7 series 3-1.

Game 5 is Thursday night at Memorial Arena. Puck drop at 7 p.m.

Canada has updated a Travel Advisory for those heading to the U.S.A.

The Canadian government updated its travel advisory for the U.S. on Friday, notifying travellers planning to head south and stay for more than 30 days that they will be required to register with the U.S. government. In the past, Canadians have been able to visit the U.S. for six months without a visa, though they were required to declare how long they intended to stay upon entry.

Those who don’t to comply with the registration requirement could face fines and misdemeanour prosecution. This rule goes into effect April 11.

The World Naked Bike Ride is returning to Toronto this Spring.

The bike ride is a global protest in cities all around the world where bikers gather and protest against the over usage of oil, urban pollution, cycle safety on roads, and encourage body freedom for everyone.

The ride will take place on June 14th starting at 1 p.m.

There is no registration required so ditch your clothes and grab your bike and helmet.
