They beat the St. Marys Lincolns, in St. Marys, 4-3 to win the best-of-7 series in 7 games.
Chatham was down 2-0 before scoring 4 straight to take the lead and hold on for the win.
The Maroons will now face the Eastern Conference champion St. Catharines Falcons in the Sutherland Cup final. The schedule has not been released.

Community Living Chatham-Kent‘s Box Lunch fundraiser order deadline is tomorrow.
Community Living Chatham-Kent has partnered with Fuel 4 You to provide lunch on May 8th. Lunch includes a chicken Caesar or a veggie wrap, coleslaw, cookie, and water for only $15.
Delivery to Blenheim, Ridgetown, Merlin, Tilbury, Wheatley, Thamesville, Wallaceburg, Pain Court and Chatham is included. Volunteers will drop off the lunches between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
All of the proceeds from the Box Lunch will stay in Chatham-Kent to enrich the lives of people who have diverse abilities by providing quality services and meaningful, inclusive opportunities.
