Residents can safely dispose of household hazardous material at no charge. A list of acceptable material can found here.

The Chatham Maroons lost game 4 in Stratford last night and the GOJHL Western Conference Semi-Final is now tied at 2 games each. Tee Warriors squeaked out a 6-5 win.
Game 5 is at Memorial Arena on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
The Windsor Spitfires have advance to the second round of the Ontario Hockey League playoffs.
The Spits eliminated the Soo Greyhounds with a win on Friday night. They’ll now play the Kitchener Rangers in the Western Conference Semi-Finals. Game 1 & 2 are in Windsor on Thursday and Friday. Tickets available here.
The London Knights will play the Erie Otters, also beginning on Thursday.

A day on Uranus just got a little longer.
Observations by the Hubble Space Telescope have confirmed it takes Uranus 17 hours, 14 minutes and 52 seconds to complete a full rotation. That’s 28 seconds longer than estimates last done in the 1980’s.
A decade’s worth of observations by a French-led team tracked its magnetic poles providing a more precise rotation period for Uranus. From that distance, it takes about 84 Earth years for Uranus to orbit the sun. Uranus is the seventh planet from the sun.
