LEGO has announced their most expensive set ever for $1000.
It’s a Star Wars Death Star set. It’s part of the Ultimate Collector Series. It has 9,023 pieces and comes with 38 characters, including three versions of Luke Skywalker and two versions of Han Solo. It’s 28 inches tall, 32 inches wide, and 11 inches deep.
It’s a cross-section of the Death Star, so it’s disc-shaped, rather than a sphere. There are different rooms, like the trash compactor, Emperor Palpatine’s throne, Princess Leia’s holding cell, and the Imperial shuttle hangar.
The Death Star comes out October 4th, but you can sign up for early access at Lego.com.
