Dresden becomes C-K’s Christmas Town tonight with the kick off of Dresden Shines.

Downtown Tree Lighting at 6:30, Christmas card-a-thon at Sidestreets and the Library. There will be caroling, local authors, and most downtown merchants will stay open late with a variety of specials, free sampling, and festive activities.

There will be live music at The Wheelhouse featuring Rod Lorimer and Chuck & Dave. Tickets $10 available at McKellar’s and Union Block.

The Dresden Night Market is next Saturday (November 28) 3 to 8 p.m.

Frost Fest 2025 is tonight in downtown Wallaceburg!

Downtown will be filled with holiday cheer from 4 til 8 p.m. James Street will transform into a festive hub filled with sights, sounds, and seasonal spirit, with more than 50 vendors, and live musical entertainment.

There will be the horse-drawn carriage rides provided by Humes Horse and Carriage Rides, available at no charge for families and friends.

Downtown businesses will also be offering special promotions, treats, and surprises.

The Chatham Maroons will take on the Elmira Sugar Kings tonight at Memorial Arena.

Bring the kids out tonight at skate with the Maroons following the game. Helmets mandatory.

Game time is 7 p.m.

Tomorrow is a PA Day for most students in Chatham-Kent.

• Gable Rees Rotary Pool from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
• Wallaceburg Sydenham Pool from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.
