The Chatham Branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library is hosting a Puzzle Swap.
Puzzles can be dropped off until the end of the business day tomorrow (Friday) to receive a voucher to return and participate in the Puzzle Swap on Saturday, November 8th.
Bring your voucher in Saturday and shop the “new-to-you” puzzles between 10-11 a.m.
On Monday the Chatham-Kent Film Group will screen The Apprentice at Chatham Galaxy Cinemas.
Showings at 4 and 7p.m. Admission is $10 and tickets can be purchased at the door.
The C-K Film Group screens international and independent films the usually first Monday of the month.
Canada Post is once again delivering letters to Santa. For more than 40 years, Canada postal elves have been busy helping Santa sort through over one million letters per year from around the world!

Include a return address in your letter and Santa will send you a letter back. Send your Santa letters no later than December 8th to receive a reply before the holidays. For teachers sending a class letter to Santa, you’ll need to send those by December 1st.

The baseball season just ended less than a week ago, but it’s time to move on. Major League Baseball released it’s 2026 Spring Training schedules yesterday, so now you can get planning your vacations for February and March.
2026 Spring Training will officially begin on Thursday, February 20th. The regular season will begin with all 30 teams playing on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
The Blue Jays train in Dunedin, Florida; The Tigers spring home is in Lakeland, Florida.

Starbucks Holiday Drinks are back today.
This year’s cup designs include festive ribbons and classic holiday plaid patterns, but the one that’s got everyone talking is the Glass Starbucks Bearista Cold Cup. The 20-ounce cup costs $29.95 and is shaped like a classic teddy bear wearing a Starbucks green knitted beanie. People all over the internet are scrambling to get their paws on the limited-time item.
The holiday drinks and cups are now on the menu; New this year is the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai.
This is the 27th year of holiday cups at Starbucks.
