No other Detroit Red Wing will wear number 91.

The Wings retired the jersey of Sergei Federov last night at Little Caesars Arena.

His impressive resume includes three Stanley Cups, the 1994 Hart Trophy, and 400 goals scored in a Red Wings sweater. Federov was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2015.

The Wings all wore #91 for the warm up, and some players wore white skates in honour of his signature look.

Detroit beat the Hurricanes 4-3 in overtime.

Number 47 will visit Detroit this afternoon.

President Donald Trump is scheduled to speak at a Detroit Economic Club event at 2, at the MotorCity Casino. This will be the third time Trump has appeared at a Club event.

No word yet on whether the visit will include any additional stops while he’s in the city.

Survivor host Jeff Probst announced that the live reunion show is officially back!

Covid killed the live finale, with winners being revealed while still on the island.

The live finale was a staple of the reality show through its first 20 seasons. Instead of revealing the tally of the jury votes on the island, final players would have to wait to learn their fates months later, when the show aired. Then, while onstage, the cast would find out the ultimate winner of the season.

The next season will be the 50th season. Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans debuts February 25th.
