The National Football League announced that the Detroit Lions will play a game next season in Munich, Germany.

The Lions’ opponent, along with the game date and kickoff time, will be announced when the full 2026 NFL schedule is revealed this spring.

The game in Munich will be one of a record nine international games in 2026 across four continents, seven countries and eight stadiums.

Today is Pink Shirt Day.

Schools and businesses will be sporting pink shirts today to stand up to bullying and to raise awareness of the issues.

The Pink Shirt Day anti-bullying movement started in 2007 after a Grade 9 student from a small town in Nova Scotia was bullied for wearing a pink T-shirt to school. As a show of support and acceptance, two older students purchased 50 pink tank tops and handed them out to male classmates the next day, and Pink Shirt Day was born.
