This happened back in 2016, but the video was just released..
A volleyball player named Heather Friesen accidentally fell down a 50-foot waterfall in Hawaii, and survived. The whole thing was recorded on a GoPro that was strapped to her chest. It starts with her looking over the edge of the waterfall, and in an instant – she slips and falls.. And she’s falling fast. She splashes into the water below and it takes her a while to reach the surface. And you can tell she’s in shock and a ton of pain. A friend shows up pretty quickly to help her out. She was eventually airlifted off the trail and ended up with 10 broken ribs, a collapsed left lung, a fractured scapula, and multiple wounds.
She found out later that other people who fell from that same spot had died. WOW.. she is super lucky.

Check out the crazy video!
