A man rents billboard so everyone will know it’s his dog’s birthday.
Maxx Chewning wanted to make it a special day for his best friend. First, he drove Dood to Starbucks for a Puppuccino and stopped by the billboard. Dood didn’t seem too interested in the sign, so they continued on with their plans.
They played a game of fetch and then Chewning presented Dood with a custom dog-friendly cake. At night, Chewning took Dood back to the billboard to see it all lit up. “Look at that, Dood! Everyone’s so happy to see your face up there,” he said in the video.
“The billboard company had never heard of anything like this and they were excited for something creative and fun to be on their digital screen,” Chewning.
A video of an airline passenger drying a shoe with a plane’s overhead air vent has grossed out many online.
Footage of the unidentified passenger’s repulsive actions was posted to the Instagram account Passenger Shaming.
In the short clip, the offender is seen shoving a sneaker into the overhead vent, presumably to dry it.
A viral photo posted on the San Miguel Sheriff’s Office official Twitter account this week warned drivers of a boulder blocking the eastbound lane of Highway 145 in San Miguel County, Colorado.
The world seems to have caught interest, though, because the San Miguel County Sheriff’s Office has a flair for description. They described the obstruction as a “large boulder the size of a small boulder.”
Susan Lilly, the author of the tweet, is the Public Information Officer for the San Miguel Sheriff’s Office. She said she meant to write, “Large boulder the size of small car.”
