A couple in New York didn’t want to wait to get married. So they stood on the street while a friend officiated from the WINDOW of his fourth-floor apartment. A few other friends watched from a distance, or from their car.
A writer recently ate 40 pizzas in 30 days, mostly to spite Papa John who lied about doing that. Believe it or not, he says he never got tired of pizza and somehow he lost three pounds in the month.
His rule was that the pizza had to be at least eight inches in diameter, but beyond that, it could be from anywhere. And he wound up making pizzas at home, eating frozen pizzas, trying every chain, and even hitting legendary spots in New York.
WestJet crew holds mid-flight graduation for students after coronavirus shut down their school. Four college seniors learned that their classes would be moved to online and their graduation was up in the air, literally, as to when and if it would be happening. Each of the girls received a hand made, diploma reading “West Jet Diploma of Excellence.” The girls are part of the school’s volleyball team and were returning home from a tournament.
