Some Things You’ll Probably Forget, It’s Things Jen Found On The Internet

Backyard squirrel rescue gone wrong in Lumberton, Texas.

“I called my daughter outside to see a squirrel trapped in my granddaughter’s kiddie pool; and of course, being the animal lover she is, she had to attempt a rescue. The squirrel was not quite as grateful as she had hoped! It leaps at her face as she recoils in horror and runs away screaming. She came away with a scratch on her arm, and after a cautious second attempt, she did indeed rescue the squirrel.”

Brilliant artist ‘Disneyfies’ people’s pets into Disney characters.

Dutch illustrator Isa Bredt wanted to learn how to Disneyfi pictures of animals so she began asking for submissions of people’s pets on Reddit. “There was a subreddit where you could offer free art to people. I wanted to practice the Disney style, so I offered free drawings for people who would send me pictures of their pets.”

She has since decided to go pro and accept commissions to make some money.

The guy behind the youtube channel “Poppa’s Cottage” dug out their 100 year old basement and finished it… BY HAND! We wanted to add a gym, home theater, and golf simulator. 80,000+ pounds of dirt and concrete out, 30,000+ pounds of concrete back in. Glad I did it – won’t do it again.

The timelapse is about 15 minutes long and has over a million views now.
