There are 238 days remaining until the end of the year.<\/b><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-54690\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/bri-web-app-wordpress\/2018\/09\/ef794108-cksy_5_things_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"46\" height=\"90\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/page\/premier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doug Ford<\/a> announced yesterday that select Ontario retailers will reopen this week in time for Mother\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-11310 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/bri-web-app-wordpress\/2020\/03\/f4ae33f5-ontario-govt.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"125\" height=\"50\" srcset=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/bri-web-app-wordpress\/2020\/03\/f4ae33f5-ontario-govt.png 3600w, https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/bri-web-app-wordpress\/2020\/03\/f4ae33f5-ontario-govt-768x307.png 768w, https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/bri-web-app-wordpress\/2020\/03\/f4ae33f5-ontario-govt-695x278.png 695w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 125px) 100vw, 125px\" \/>Garden centres will be allowed to fully reopen as of Friday at 12:01 a.m. On Saturday morning, hardware stores will be allowed to reopen.<\/p>\n<p>Customers will now be able to enter garden centres and hardware stores while observing strict social-distancing guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>With the number of new COVID-19 cases trending down, the measures designed to slow the spread are working, and making the easing of retail closures possible.<\/p>\n<p>It was also announced yesterday that the temporary discount on electricity pricing has been extended.<\/p>\n<p>Back in March, the province suspended time-of-use pricing until Friday, May 8th, to help through the pandemic. Most stores will be open 11-6 on Sundays. That&#8217;s the highest feces-to-body mass ratio ever recorded in a living animal.
