\"\"The night began with a proposed increase of 3.96% and currently sits at 3.83%.<\/p>\n

Any decision made during deliberations is not considered final until the budget is passed.<\/p>\n

The budget deliberation will continue tonight, with the third meeting scheduled for next Tuesday (February 3 and 4 have also been set aside if needed.)<\/p>\n
