Customers who order a pizza will find an adoptable friend on the front of their box and hopefully inspire customers to share the shelter dog\u2019s photo with their friends or even adopt themselves.<\/p>\n<p>We hope our customers enjoy seeing the dog\u2019s adorable faces as much as we do and that it helps these beautiful animals find the loving homes they deserve,\u201d said Mary Alloy, owner of Just Pizza in Amherst.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19658 size-thumbnail alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.briwebapp.net\/2021\/04\/41f58524-121648576_1100570267024729_8266823958993036165_n-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>David Kass from New York City has taken over abandoned dirt beds on sidewalks after being fed up with all the garbage that ended up in the beds and nobody doing anything about it.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2017, he put in his own time and money, buying plants in Union Square and lugging heavy buckets of water around several days a week.<\/p>\n<p>Now he has 16 gardens he cares for and\u00a0each micro garden costs around $125.<\/p>\n<p>Kass said he\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/chelsea-ny-6th-ave-plantings?fbclid=IwAR2xanJoVRXKNN0CPKcCSNwTSqTQk3__OKLW9lO6p5d8k9ZlqQYqdUA94ZA\" rel=\"nofollow\">created a GoFundMe page<\/a>\u00a0and has received some donations that will go toward new metal fencing.
