There were also no recoveries, the total active cases stays at 17.<\/p>\n

There were 699 positive cases across Ontario reported Tuesday. That’s the smallest daily increase since before the peak of the second wave. It is also the second straight day with fewer than 1,000 cases, something the province hasn\u2019t seen since early March.<\/p>\n

No final decision has been made.<\/p>\n

Premier Doug Ford<\/a> will meet with his cabinet today. The current stay-at-home order expires today.<\/p>\n

There are just over three weeks left in the school year.<\/p>\n

\"\"The Edmonton CFL franchise has changed its team name to Elks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The name change was announced on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\"\"Edmonton dropped its longtime name, Eskimos, last year amid pressure on franchises to eliminate racist or stereotypical names.<\/p>\n

Elks was one of seven potential name changes the Edmonton Football Team provided on its shortlist. The others included: Evergreens, Evergolds, Eclipse, Elkhounds, Eagles and Elements. They’ll stick with the traditional green and gold colour scheme.<\/p>\n

The CFL is hoping to hold a 14 game season beginning in early April.<\/p>\n
