\"\"The Royal Canadian Legion has launched its annual poppy campaign.<\/p>\n

Poppy made its first appearance in Canada as a symbol of remembrance in July 1921. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the symbol of remembrance in Canada.<\/p>\n

Poppy’s can still be purchased the traditional way, you may also come across some touchless donation boxes too. The boxes will accept fee-free touchless donations in two-dollar increments, from any tap-enabled device or card. Donors can also choose to take a lapel poppy from the box, as they would from a traditional box.<\/p>\n

The Legion\u2019s Poppy Drop<\/a> on Parliament Hill\u2019s Peace Tower will feature a digital light show with 117,000 virtual poppies representing each of Canada\u2019s fallen since the beginning of the First World War. The display run each night until November 11th, from 6:30-9:30pm, including until midnight on the 11th.<\/p>\n

ToyBx<\/a> will be a three-storey, 180,000 square-foot warehouse, with room for 195 secure, self-contained car storage units. A fourth floor will feature 39 penthouse units. Extra-large car elevators will get your ride to your condo.<\/p>\n

There is an option to add mezzanine\/storage platforms that allow a minimum of four cars per condo. The car condos offer upgrades like dehumidification units and electric vehicle chargers.<\/p>\n

ToyBx is already under construction, with the first cars rolling in by 2023.<\/p>\n
