Face coverings will no longer be required in most indoor public settings including schools, restaurants, retail stores, gyms, and movie theatres. There will be some exceptions, such as masking on public transit, in healthcare settings, and long-term care or congregate living settings.<\/p>\n

Improving case numbers and declining hospitalizations for making it possible to lift the masking mandate.<\/p>\n

The average price in the province will jump to 190.9 cents per litre.<\/p>\n

\"\"Toronto Pearson Airport<\/a> is predicting that it will have its busiest travel day since the pandemic started Friday.<\/p>\n

Approximately 85,000 passengers expected to arrive or depart at the country’s largest airport. The airport saw an over 92% decline in passengers from 2020 to 2021 for obvious reasons.<\/p>\n

Anyone flying out from Pearson on Friday is asked to give themselves even more time than usual for the check-in, security, and boarding processes. Passengers are warned to arrive 90 minutes in advance for domestic flights and a minimum of three hours in advance of international flights.<\/p>\n
