The accompanying supply chain that is expected to put tens of thousands more to work.<\/p>\n

The different level of governments investment is the largest ever in Canada\u2019s history.<\/p>\n

Construction is expected to begin this spring with operations planned to launch in the first quarter of 2024. The facility will be fully operational by 2025.<\/p>\n

The Rocket Mortgage Classic<\/a> announced on Wednesday that volunteer registration has opened for this year\u2019s tournament \u2013 and Canadians are welcome to put their names in.<\/p>\n

Organizers say they are expecting 1,500 volunteers to help out. Volunteers will help oversee every aspect of the event from admissions and guest services to on-course gallery management and shot tracking.<\/p>\n

Each volunteer receives a golf shirt and hat, week-long tournament access and parking, an additional ticket for guests, and complimentary food and beverages while working during tournament week.<\/p>\n

The volunteer package is $75 for adults, $35 for students 18. All proceeds benefit tournament charities.<\/p>\n
