The Toronto Blue Jays<\/a> are trying to track down the big winner. The winning 50\/50 ticket is worth more than $2.8-million and the team has no idea who won it.<\/p>\n

Tickets can be bought online and in person. Online, the team has ticket holder info, at the stadium there is no way to collect that info.<\/p>\n

Online ticket purchases required buyers to enter contact information. But the winning ticket was sold in person at the stadium during the home opener on April 11th against the Detroit Tigers, meaning they have no clue which of the 42,053 fans it could be.<\/p>\n

If the winner doesn’t come forward within six months then the money is donated back to Jays Care, the charitable arm of the Toronto baseball team.<\/p>\n
