The much needed rain over the last few days has helped. The municipality issued the burn ban last Thursday, saying that all open-air burn permits, both for agricultural and recreational fires (campfires), within Chatham-Kent were suspended.<\/p>\n

Residential Campfire and Agricultural Open Air Burn Permits are available online at ckfire.ca<\/a> or by visiting any municipal service center.<\/p>\n
