Affected areas of Ontario could see 15 to 30 centimetres of snowfall, and northeast winds gusts of up to 60 km\/h.<\/p>\n

A special weather statement has been issued for Chatham-Kent, London, Sarnia-Lambton, and Windsor-Essex.<\/p>\n

Environment Canada is calling for up to five centimetres of snow and anywhere from 20 to 30 millimetres of rain beginning early today. The snow may be heavy at times before changing to rain near midday.<\/p>\n
