This will be 2024’s first full moon.<\/p>\n

Why is it called a wolf moon? According to the Old Farmers Almanac<\/a>, it’s thought that January\u2019s full moon got the name because wolves were more likely to be heard howling at the time it would be seen in the sky.<\/p>\n

Other names for the moon include the Cold Moon and the Freeze Up Moon.<\/p>\n

The dense fog could make it difficult to spot the moon.<\/p>\n

His name is Felix von Meibom, and his official time was 3.12 seconds. He did it in September, but Guinness just posted the footage after confirming the record.<\/p>\n

It’s hard to tell if it was still hot when he chugged it. A few sources claim it was, but the Guinness website doesn’t mention that being a requirement.<\/p>\n

The previous record was 3.17 seconds. So he only beat it by five one-hundredths of a second.
