\"\"King Charles will be on new $20 bill.<\/p>\n

The current bill is designed horizontally and features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, along with images of Vimy Ridge and the Peace Tower to commemorate Canadians who served in the First World War.<\/p>\n

The new bill will be vertical, similar to the $10 bill that came out in 2018. The new $20 bills will also be made of polymer and feature images of the Canadian National Vimy Memorial. The new bill is expected to be issued in early 2027.<\/p>\n

The Bank of Canada first issued the $20 bill in 1935. The bill has not had a redesign since 2012. This will be the first time since 1954 that the Queen will not be the bill\u2019s portrait.<\/p>\n

More than a billion $20 bills are circulating in pockets, cash registers and ATMs across Canada.<\/p>\n

\"\"Chatham-Kent breweries are teaming up once again to present BrewFestCK<\/a> this Summer.<\/p>\n

Each brewery hosts an event with new beer releases, food, entertainment, vendor markets and more all summer.<\/p>\n

Sons of Kent<\/a> will host MoonFest July 13th. Bayside Brewing<\/a> hosts EauFest August 10th. Red Barn Brewing Company<\/a>‘s FarmFest is August 31st and Wallaceburg’s Glasstown Brewing Company<\/a> closes the season with RiverFest on September 14th.<\/p>\n

Entry fee is $10 and that includes drink ticket and the proceeds go directly to the charity of choice for each brewery.
