\"\"The Gordie Howe International Bridge<\/a> spanning the Ontario-Michigan border is now connected.<\/p>\n

On Friday, engineers and ironworkers from Canada and the United States of America finished installing the remaining edge girders that allow for the final deck gap to be built.<\/p>\n

Construction of the six-lane, $6.4-billion bridge began in 2018. It was supposed to be finished in 2024, but in January officials said the target opening got pushed back to September 2025. However, major construction is set to be done sometime this year.<\/p>\n

Crews are in the ninth step of a 13-step construction process.<\/p>\n

Once finished the bridge will have the longest main span of any North American cable-stayed bridge.<\/p>\n

In the NBA Finals, the Dallas Mavericks<\/a> crushed the Boston Celtics<\/a> 122-84 in Game 4 to stay alive in their series. Game 5 will be tonight with the Celtics trying to win their 18th championship.<\/p>\n

In the Stanley Cup Final, the Edmonton Oilers<\/a> dominated the Florida Panthers<\/a> 8-1 to extend their series. Game 5 is set for Tuesday with the Panthers looking to claim their first title.<\/p>\n

\"\"Netflix<\/a> will no longer be available on 60 different smart TV models.<\/p>\n

Sony and Apple TVs will be the most affected. The app will stop working on July 24th for most models, and on July 31st for specific Apple TV models.<\/p>\n

Viewers with affected TVs will need to find another way to access Netflix or switch to a different streaming service.
