High of 34, will feel like 42 with the humidex.<\/p>\n<p>Look out for signs of heat illness such as swelling, rash, cramps, fainting, heat exhaustion, heat stroke and the worsening of some health conditions. Those more at-risk are older adults, infants and young children, pregnant people, people with physical and\/or mental illnesses, and people with disabilities or mobility issues.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chatham-kent.ca\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Municipality of Chatham-Kent<\/a> has opened the following locations for anyone in need of relief:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Municipal libraries and service centres are open during their regular business hours.<\/li>\n<li>The Employment and Social Services office is open 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday and is located at 435 Grand Ave. W., Chatham.<\/li>\n<li>Chatham Hope Haven is open from 10 am to 2 pm every day. They are located at 183 Wellington Street West, Chatham.<\/li>\n<li>ROCK Missions is open Monday-Friday from 1 pm to 5 pm.
