According to the National Hurricane Center in Miami, the heavy rainfall in the region is a result of the remains of Hurricane Beryl.<\/p>\n

Walmart Canada is introducing sensory-friendly hours in all of its stores across the country.<\/p>\n

The goal is to create a more inclusive shopping experience for everyone and make shopping at the stores accessible to customers who may experience sensory overload by providing a less stimulating environment.<\/p>\n

All 403 Walmart stores in Canada will offer sensory-friendly hours from store opening until 10 a.m. every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.<\/a> During these designated hours, there will be minimal sounds, with no music or radio advertisements and announcements\/paging paused except for emergencies. In addition, only static, low-sensory images will be used on TV walls.<\/p>\n

It’ll be a doubleheader weekend for the Chatham-Kent Barnstormers at Fergie Jenkins Field.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, the Barnstormers will makeup their rainout from June 29th when the Hamilton Cardinals visit for a doubleheader consisting of two 7-innings games. The doubleheader will be single admission and the first game starts at 4:05 p.m.<\/p>\n

The team will also take on the Welland Jackfish at home on Sunday at 1:35 pm.<\/p>\n

Netflix has officially started getting rid of its cheapest ad-free plan in Canada.<\/a><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, the streaming company alerted Canadian users that the Basic plan would be removed.<\/p>\n

At that time, Netflix said the process would occur on a rolling basis depending on a person’s billing cycle, with members being notified of dates and deadlines over email or on the service itself.<\/p>\n

Now, many users have said they’ve started getting notifications telling them to choose a different plan option in order to continue watching.<\/p>\n
