\"\"The Rotary Club of Dresden<\/a> will host their first Christmas Town Wheelhouse Concerts tonight.<\/p>\n

Much like the club\u2019s Summer Concert Series, the lineup will include local talent taking the stage. Tonight the club welcomes the Wallaceburg Concert Band.<\/p>\n

Tickets for individual concerts are on sale for $10 each and are available at McKellar\u2019s Flowers and Union Block Bakery, as well as by email<\/a>. There is a discounted price of $40 for all 5 concerts.<\/p>\n

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Concerts begin at 8 p.m. Cash bar is available. The Wheelhouse is located at 547 North St. in Dresden.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"The Municipality of Chatham-Kent<\/a> will host its second and final Budget Community Consultation this evening.<\/p>\n

For those wishing to provide feedback on the budget, or have any questions answered, you can join the municipality’s Facebook Page<\/a>
\nbetween 7 to 8 p.m. tonight.<\/p>\n

Budget deliberations will start next Tuesday in council chambers from 6 to 10 p.m. Deliberations continue will November 27 and 28, if required, at the same time and place.\u00a0Public deputations regarding the budget can be made on the first night of deliberations. Requests and submissions to make deputations must be sent by email<\/a> before noon on that date.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"Detroit Tigers<\/a> pitcher Tarik Skubal was named the American League Cy Young Award winner on Wednesday night. The award is given to the best pitcher in the league.<\/p>\n

Skubal was an unanimous winner, getting all 30 first place votes. He is the first Tigers pitcher to win the Cy Young since Max Scherzer back in 2013.<\/p>\n

He was the pitching Triple Crown winner, had the most wins in the league (18), lowest runs allowed (2.39) and most strikeouts (228). Skubal is the 5th Tiger to win the award.<\/p>\n

Wednesday was also his 28th birthday.
