Glenn was originally drafted as a Jet and played 8 seasons playing in New York before getting into coaching. He’s spent the last 4 years on the sidelines with the Lions. The defense was a disaster when he took over, but it has gradually improved. This season was his most impressive coaching job, as he kept the Lions afloat despite a rash of defensive injuries.<\/p>\n
