April became a viral sensation in 2017, when a live stream was created to track the progress of her pregnancy.<\/p>\n

Over 300,000 people watched April welcome her new calf Saturday morning, it doesn\u2019t compare to the 1.2 million viewers who watched the birth of son Tajiri two years ago.<\/p>\n

The new baby, also a boy, is April\u2019s fifth offspring. Park officials say the newborn giraffe was on its feet by 1:27 p.m., and nursing by 1:51 p.m.<\/p>\n
