On Monday morning, Sarnia Police Service announced they had doubled a reward to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest of Kyaw \u201cChin\u201d Doe, the prime suspect in the April 10 shooting at Lambton College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the end of the day, police confirmed Doe had been arrested at a residence in London, where it\u2019s believed he had been hiding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doe had been on the run for more than two weeks. He is now in custody after being turned over to Sarnia police and is being held pending a bail hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Windsor Spitfires<\/a> got their first win of the OHL’s Western Conference Finals last night, beating Kitchener 4-2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Spits trail the Rangers 2-1 in the best of 7 series. Game 4 is Wednesday at the WFCU Centre in Windsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Canadian Forces Snowbirds<\/a> have updated their 2026 schedule. This will be the 55th year of Snowbird shows across Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Snowbirds are Canada\u2019s military aerobatics team and showcase synchronized maneuvers and stunts around the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The season opens in next month in Montreal. The traditional fly-by in Ottawa on July 1st is on the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far, the closest to C-K they’ll fly this year will be in Toronto, September 5-7th. Usually they make an appearance at Airshow London<\/a> (August 21-23) but it doesn’t look like they’ll be included this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
