Children and families can come out and learn important bicycle safety tips from police officers, get helmet fittings, and take part in a fun bike safety course. The events will also feature face painting, outdoor games, and free hotdogs, snacks, and drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s will take place tomorrow at Kingston Park in Chatham from 10 a.m. until noon in support of the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The walk will also have live music, a petting farm, door prizes, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special birthday celebration is happening tomorrow at Charlotte\u2019s Freedom Farm<\/a> for Winnie \u2014 a five-year-old dog born without fully formed front legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite his disability, Winnie has become an inspiration to thousands online and visitors at the farm, where he runs, jumps, and even walks on his back legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s \u201cGreatest Showman\u201d-themed party will also highlight disabled rescue animals and the specialized care they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winnie’s celebration is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the farm on Brooks Line, with admission by donation or gift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three game weekend for the Chatham-Kent Barnstormers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop by Fergie Jenkins Field tonight (7:35 p.m.) when they take on the Kitchener Panthers. On the road Saturday to Barrie, before welcoming the Brantford Red Sox on Sunday at 1:05 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Barnstormers have only played 3 games so far because of a couple of rain outs, and have a record of 1-2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team owner Dom Dinelle will be In the Dugout with CKMORNINGS Tuesday morning to recap the weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
