It involves patience, cozy blankets, and eventually… me, sitting nearby like the sweet little queen I am.

I’ve come a long way since arriving at the shelter, but change is still not really my favorite thing. New spaces can feel like a lot for me at first, and I can get overwhelmed while I figure things out. In those moments, I might give a little “whack” to let you know I need space – nothing personal, just my way of saying I need a pause and a bit of breathing room. As long as my boundaries are respected, I settle in just fine and show my much softer side.

I was originally surrendered after life got a bit too chaotic in my previous home. Tiny humans and their unpredictable energy weren’t really my cup of tea, so I’m hoping for a calm, child-free kingdom where I can truly relax and feel safe. When I first arrive somewhere new, I may disappear for a while like a mysterious little ghost. Don’t worry, I’m not gone forever — I’m just taking my time to adjust and figure things out. A quiet space, a cozy hidey-hole, and a patient human make all the difference for me. And once I trust you? That’s when the real Miss Cleo comes out: gentle, affectionate, and quietly devoted. The kind of cat who chooses your lap… eventually… and makes you feel very chosen in return.

So if you’re the kind of person who understands that confidence is built slowly, and that the shy ones often love the deepest, I might just be your future after all. Visit pawr.org

Meet Miss Cloe!
