Tickets are available for $10 prior to each screening. Screenings begin promptly at 4 & 7 \u2013 please arrive early.<\/p>\n

\"\"The Kentucky Derby<\/a> has been around for 145 years, but on Saturday it made history, and not in a good way.<\/p>\n

\"\"For the first time in more than 50 years, the fastest horse, the one that crossed the finish line first, didn’t win. That horse, Maximum Security, was disqualified for swerving into the path of two of the other horses.<\/p>\n

Some of the other jockeys asked for a review. Officials spent 22 minutes looking into it, and ultimately upheld the objection, disqualified Maximum Security and named the runner-up Country House the winner.<\/p>\n

Country House took the $1.86 million prize, Code of Honor came in second, winning $660,000 and Tacitus got $300,000 for coming in third.<\/p>\n

Country House entered with 65-1 odds, making him the 2nd-longest shot to win the Kentucky Derby in the 145-year history of the race.<\/p>\n
