The official definition is, &#8220;chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.&#8221; And the three symptoms are: Exhaustion, feeling negative, cynical, or detached from your job and less efficiency and effectiveness at work.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Doctors can diagnose burnout if a person meets certain symptoms, WHO says<br \/>\n1.
